Install the Autoblast inside your car trunk. When you close the trunk lid, sanitization will begin automatically. After 10 minutes, everything inside your trunk is sanitized. The AutoBlast also has a built-in safety system: sanitization stops automatically if the trunk is opened to prevent direct exposure to UVC.

Why AutoBlast?

There are numerous problems with using disinfecting chemicals and disposables.

  1. Cleaning is Easier Said than Done: Constantly disinfecting, and reminding yourself to do so, is easier said than done. Wiping down or spraying surfaces takes time and effort.

  2. Questionable Effectiveness: It is difficult to know whether you have sanitized every nook and cranny. How about hard to reach areas? How about food items?

  3. Health & Safety Concerns: Chemicals released when using cleaning supplies contribute to chronic respiratory problems, allergic reactions, and headaches. (1)

  4. Environmental Problems: Cleaning chemicals are contaminating water and soil. Disposable disinfectant wipes are blocking sewage systems and harming the environment. (2)

  5. High Costs: The cost of cleaning supplies accumulate over time.

Patent Pending Design

The design and technology behind the AutoBlast is patent pending in the United States. Our 3-Step Sanitization process helps ensure that absolutely everything inside the trunk is sanitized. Sanitization is guaranteed within 10 minutes.

Status Lights: The orange light tells us whether the unit is powered. The blue light tells us about the status of the sanitization cycle.

Manual Button: Manually start and stop the sanitization cycle by pressing the manual button.

Mode Switch: Although sanitization will be completed in 10 minutes, if you want to be extra certain, you can make your sanitization cycle 20 minutes. The mode switch allows you to easily switch between two duration settings.

 As Seen On: …

 What is UVC?

UVC has been proven as an effective means of preventing the spread of COVID-19. (1) Furthermore, compared to using chemicals, UVC sanitization is easier and safer. UVC works by deactivating the DNA of bacteria, virus, and other pathogens. This destroys their ability to multiply and cause disease. (2)

The most effective germicidal wavelength occurs with a peak between 260 nm to 270 nm, the point at which DNA absorbs UV energy the most. (1) This makes UVC more effective than UVA and UVB.

Safe and Proven Technologies

The usage of UVC and Ozone for sanitization are nothing new. They have been widely used, for decades, in commercial settings, and are safe technologies that are proven to work effectively.

UVC

Applications: labs, hospitals, public transportation, etc.

Ozone

Applications: food processing, wastewater disinfection, drinking water purification, equipment/clothing disinfection, etc.

UVC and Ozone Sanitization are cleaner than other methods because they do not leave any byproducts or residue that need to be cleaned later.

The level of ozone emitted by AutoBlast is low. This low concentration, while destructive to virus and bacteria, are harmless to humans. Furthermore, researchers have confirmed that this level of ozone can neutralize coronavirus particles. Ozone is also environmentally friendly and naturally decomposes into oxygen.

 The Next Pandemic is Coming

It is important to be prepared. COVID-19 has shown us how scary outbreaks can be. The virus has greatly affected many aspects of our lives, and this trend will likely continue.

Experts have warned that “there is no doubt we’ll have future outbreaks.” It is not a matter of if, but when. Pandemics have been around before recorded history, and unfortunately, they are still around today. In fact, major outbreaks are becoming more frequent as humans continue to disrupt ecosystems. Recently, major outbreaks have occurred every 5 years: SARS (2003), H1N1 (2009), and MERS (2012), COVID-19 (2020).

Whenever there is a new outbreak, experts around the world grapple with how to handle the virus, and it takes at least a year before a vaccine can be safely distributed. In this case, the best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus altogether. One of the best ways to prevent contraction is to disinfect frequently touched surfaces, as well as items that you bring into your house. This practice is especially important if a member of your family is at increased risk for severe illness such as elders and those with underlying medical conditions.

 FAQs

  • There is already a vaccine. Why do I still need this?

Although there is already a vaccine, the majority of us will not get it until the middle of next year. Furthermore, experts around the world have made it clear that this will not be our last pandemic. Prevention is easier than treatment. On the other hand, the AutoBlast also helps kill and prevent other viruses (seasonal flu), bacteria, mold, and mildew.

  • Is the AutoBlast safe?

Absolutely! Because the AutoBlast is contained inside your trunk, you will be directly exposed to UVC. Furthermore, ozone gas produced transforms naturally into oxygen.

  • Will Ozone deteriorate rubber in my trunk?

No. Rubber inside car trunk and doors seals are made of EPDM rubber, which is very stable in ozone and will not deteriorate.
